BILLING & CREDENTIALING MANAGER
Kerri Dolphin-Fritz is the Billing & Credentialing Manager at Sandstone Medical Solutions, where she oversees medical billing operations alongside provider credentialing, re-credentialing, compliance, and documentation across multiple specialties. Since joining the organization in February 2024 as its first Medical Billing Assistant, Kerri has advanced rapidly, progressing to a full-time billing representative and ultimately into a leadership role managing both billing and credentialing functions.
Kerri holds a 4.0 GPA in Medical Billing and Coding from Northwest Career College and is a Certified Billing and Coding Specialist through the National Health Career Association (NHA). She brings extensive experience in provider enrollment, CAQH management, payer communications, denials and aging oversight, and cross-department coordination. In her role, she serves as a key liaison between billing teams, insurance payers, providers, and HR to ensure accurate reimbursement, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
Known for her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and collaborative approach, Kerri is committed to supporting providers and leadership through clear communication, process improvement, and proactive problem-solving.
Outside of work, Kerri enjoys motherhood and spending time with her cuddly Jack Chi mix.
