Vashawn Maxey is a seasoned Human Resources and Talent Acquisition professional with extensive experience partnering with organizations to build strong, engaged, and inclusive teams. She specializes in developing effective recruitment strategies, supporting compliance, and fostering workplace cultures where employees can thrive.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Capella University and maintains both PHR and SHRM-CP certifications. Vashawn is also an active member of the Southern Nevada SHRM Chapter, where she contributes to advancing HR best practices within the local business community.
Outside of her professional role, Vashawn enjoys baking, volunteering in the community, playing penny slots, and spending time with family.
